replacing rmbp and screen retention

my early 2013 15inch rmbp has developed some screen retention over the last few months, that and the horrible crunching noise it occasionally makes when i rest my right wrist on it to type.

do apple replace these on the spot under warranty? just im a 3rd year uni student and need it...
