replacing sim card

How do i replace the sim card. I know it's at the slot at the top, but I kept pressing it and pressed into the whole with a skinny needle. It still would not pop out or anything.

push it kind of hard straight in

try a paper clip... you usually get more leverage than a needle from a paper clip.
