Hi

My cat walked across my MacBook Pro keyboard and when I grabbed him to get him off he hooked a claw under the 'c' key, and popped it out. I can't get it back on - advice please? I think a tiny piece of plastic might have snapped off the back of the key - one of the 'jaw pieces', if that makes sense. Do I need / is it possible to buy a single replacement letter?

I have to hit the 'c' much harder than the other keys now, so it's a really annoying problem.

Thanks

Yeah you can purchase keys individually but you may not need to. If you do, make sure they come with the little "scissor" too. If you can take the key back off easily, make sure the scissor is not attached to the key as you need to hook that back up to the keyboard first. You will see 2 little hooks on the keyboard where the scissor slides into and then snaps on. Last you take the key and press it down onto the scissor on the keyboard and it should snap on and be fine. Hopefully you didn't damage the hooks for the scissors on the keyboard.
