Reply using domain address

I'm a recent switcher to Mac and for the first time have bought a domain name.

I have set up an email address using my domain name which I forward onto my mac.com email. This works without problem. But when I reply to any of these mails sent, it replies as the mac.com name. How can I get Mail / .Mac to send the replies as my domain email address?
