Does it really work?
Everything else reporting wise has worked for me amazingly well… I got helped with a couple of tricky ones:This sounds like a gimmick. I don’t think it actually works.
- “bought a book instead of audiobook” - they just charged the difference, removed the book and added the audio book
- “forgot to cancel a recurring subscription” on the same day I got charged - they just refunded within hours, removed the subscription access.
I guess there’s always the issue of being abused, say, by competing apps with dirty moves to take them or slow them down, etc… like with everything fire can be used constructively to create, cook, light or destructively to burn and destroy stuff.Good, they never should have removed it in the first place, plenty of references to scammy apps out there and they should be easy to report.
