I too share this statement, although I will further clarify for myself that I've never liked ANY music subscription. No, I've never tried any of them, but when I drive long distances, I sometimes pass through emptiness where signal may not be that great (if even there at all), so a streaming service can flub. Also, using data eats up more battery, heats up my phone, which makes it more likely to overheat.

Also, my phone is an LG G4. While my post above applies for other music services, IIRC, Apple Music requires an Apple Device anyways.

Your mind has failed you. Apple Music is available for Android devices.

Django Reinhardt. Krypteria. Primal Fear. Etta Baker. The Birthday Massacre. Esquivel. The Mermen. Blank & Jones. Beats Antique. The Qemists. The Cruxshadows. Goldfinger. The Young Dubliners.

All performers from wildly divergent musicals styles that I'd never heard of before finding them through Pandora. I don't actually know how many of them can be found in Apple's service, but considering the amount of time I've spent building and refining my channels on Pandora's free / ad-supported service, I don't know that I'd care to find out.

Fair enough. I think if you've found something that works for you, that's great! Myself tho, I have just been impressed with the discovery in electronic/ambient, with Apple Music. If, as I understand, they do reply on human curation, then I really just have to take my hat off. Its working excellently.
