What's the prevailing wisdom on why they're calling it "Glowtime?" I'm thinking we'll get an auroa effect added to FaceTime. lol
Possibly the rim of the iPhone is getting thinner, and when you receive a call the entire circumference will light up. If not, I'll patent it.

All I want is much better battery life and for the dam iPhones to stop overheating and dimming the display. There’s no talk of a brighter oled panel, the pixel 9 pro goes way brighter, no talk of faster charging, and plz let the iPhones stop over heating when doing normal tasks
But there IS talk of better cooling. If that’s done right, it should take care of your dimming issue.

Whatever... I stopped reading as soon as I saw that this is all based on "Bloomberg's Mark Gurman". He lost all credibility with me after missing so many times with the last iPad Pro/iPad Air release. I mean really? I'll just wait until the products are actually released before believing anything he has to say.

Apple seems to be slacking a lot lately. Its not even trying for incremental advancement in hardware.

Eagerly waiting to see everything that Apple will announce next week!

I'm really curious what conditions people are using these where they overheat so much. Are we talking about sitting inside reading a phone with the brightness turned to medium? Or having the phone baking in the sun on a car dashboard? Playing games at full brightness? Scrolling social media with auto-play videos enabled?
