Upon further discussion, it's unclear whether the code in question will shut off all jailbroken phones or just those that have been unlocked from AT&T to run on T-Mobile.
The unlocking crap was already discussed in another thread. Its not going to happen either for obvious reasons (theyre not on AT&T!!), so that whole article is probably bunk.
wouldn't that be illegal anyways... it's your choice what you want to do.. so if they catch you big deal.. and more if you bought the phone with a non up-grade!
