Reporting Bad Link To Google

There is a bad link on google, how do I report it?
It is a link that is not to a dead page but to a news site which says the article is no longer there.

google will scan that page on the next spider scan - when there is nothing there it will delete it

There is something on it though a page saying there is nothing there

I'm sure they've probably catalogued those kinds of pages so the software can figure out when the article is no longer there.
