I've reported:
- Posts that break the rules (lately that's mostly been people going out of their way to try to start Political arguments in non-PRSI threads)
- Posts that were overt insults against other forum members
- A handful of posts where you'd get a new post notification for a thread that was a year or two old, by a newbie account (as in just registered that day), with content that has no direct relation to the topic (like "I like iPhones"), as these are sometimes people building up posting history for accounts created to eventually be used for nefarious purposes.
