How many times have you clicked on a wallpaper thread or a "show us your new xyz device" thread, and wished you could just see all the pics, instead of scrolling through dozens of (often photo-less) pages to find them?
Wouldn't it be great to click on an icon near the thread title and be transported to a thumbnail gallery for a given thread, or even an entire forum? Click any thumbnail and see the full size image, with a link below to jump to the post in context.
Might be a coding hurdle, but it seems like a no brainer for forum usability.
