Request - Five icon dock on iPhone that keeps the 5th icon even after turning phone landscape mode

Try ExtraIconDock. You can add up to 10 icons. Not sure about landscape mode.

Not at all. Maybe I didn't enable it hmm. I don't way seeing a option for the tweak in settings though.

I'm thinking it's something you have installed that may be affecting this. You mentioned betterFiveIconDock not working but it is working in landscape for me. I'm using version 1.0.4, iOS 10, with a 6+.
