I have had two kernel panics on my Retina MacBook Pro 15" (Mid-2012) today. The computer has woken up from sleep both times while plugged into an external keyboard and mouse with the lid closed. I could use some help deciphering what the nature (culprit) of the panic might be. It's worth mentioning that I've run two hardware tests (standard, not extended), and those both came back with no problems. Here's the latest log. The previous one is very similar. Thanks in advance:

The above section from your kernel panic log indicates an issue with your graphics processing unit (GPU). I would advise taking your computer to an Apple store or an Authorized Service Provider for further diagnostics, as you may have an issue with your logic board.

I don't know if that caused your kernel panic (or even will help), but you could try getting your virtualbox up to date. (vers 4.3.20 as of this date - you have 4.3.12 (?) )

Yeah, I may just uninstall VirtualBox, but it hasn't caused any problems so far. In any case, as you say, that may not be the cause of the panic, but I'll see what I can find. Thanks for the reply.
