Unfortunately I am not sure what triggered this. I do not use iCloud on any of my devices nor as far as I am aware have I ever triggered a request to use it. My wife could have done something that I am not aware of as it is her Apple account we both use. The two iPhone 6 devices were the latest purchases and this may have started after those phones were added.
