I currently wear both a Whoop band and an Apple Watch. I would like to simplify that by just wearing the Apple Watch. Are there any apps out there that automatically track sleep and give you a recovery score similar to the Whoop Band?
I don't know anything about Whoop band, but Autosleep gives an readiness score based on HRV. If you dive into it, you can plots of HRV daily, baseline and CV. HRV tracker is another app to check your HRV history.
