Requesting help for a hacked phone

Hello all. I have the 4s and it, along with every other device on my home network, have been hacked. I am new to smartphones. In fact, the said 4s is my first and I got it only about a year ago. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how to proceed. I will greatly appreciate any help. Thanks much.

Explain "hacked". How have they been hacked. What is each device doing. Did someone else have access to these devices and know your Apple password/code?

Erase your iPhone using the built in settings or iTunes, set up as a new phone, and change all of your account passwords.

What version of iOS are you running and how do you know you were hacked?
