Resale price of an iPhone 3GS

I'm looking to upgrade my iPhone 3G to the 3GS. My prices will be $399 or $499. The thing is, i'm going to be leaving the country will be canceling my account in 3 months. Which size and color do you think will have the greatest resale price?

i finally got the pre-order to go through, i think they had some glitch with business accounts or something, and i'm picking up a white 16gb at my apple store. I assume i could change it if i need to so i can get a model to resell for more. Please keep the opinions coming!

Go on your local craigslist and you'll probably see the white 3G go for more than the black 16GB (or just pick the closest urban city)
