Was wondering how much my original iPad 1 16GB is worth in UK pounds;

It's in mint condition, like new. I have the box, charger, and an Apple hardcase which is included. It's got Applecare until September 2012.

Thanks if anyone can give me a rough estimate on how much this is worth now.

Cheers

Per the UK apple store, the iPad 2 16GB wifi model is going for 339 refurbished. That's for an iPad 2 in perfect condition, brand new battery, that has a warranty until 2013. So you are trying to sell a used iPad 1, probalby not in perfect condition, that only has a 8 months of warranty. My guess is it is probably worth maybe 200 at best?

I see, shall I keep it or not?

I recently sold a 16gb Wifi iPad 1 for £250 with no warranty at all. I had the original box, official case, and it was in perfect condition though.

I did buy mine 2nd hand, it's in perfect condition; I have all the accessories from the box to the hard case.

Do you think 200 quid is a bit too low?

Where shall I sell mine too?

I think it's worth trying for more. Put it on eBay as a Buy It Now with a Best Offer option. I put mine on for £280 knowing full well that people were more likely to make an offer on it than buy outright, and I accepted an offer of £250. Also, you have the added bonus of checking a buyer's feedback before they purchase - helps weed out the more 'problematic' members of eBay... ;-)
