Reservation at the Genius Bar

    Does anyone have experience of this.

    I have booked and appointment online but have not had confirmation via email that my appointment is booked. Will I get a confirmation email?

    I didn't get any confirmation for my appointment last weekend. You can confirm it yourself via the website if you want to be sure...

    Ok, thanks just done that.

    I have heard that if you have AppleCare you will get pushed to the top of the queue. I do have that but how do I let them know I am an AppleCare subscriber.

    You get pushed to the top priority with ProCare, not AppleCare.

    Then you heard wrong. Makes no difference. You will be seen in the order of the appointments. If you have Pro Care (which is very different to AppleCare) you can book appointments much further in advance...
