Reservation woes

    Hi there I wondering have anyone had this problem before. Basically I reserved two iPhones last night for an apple store. I did not receive a confirmation email so I tried to reserve again which led me to an error message saying that I am limited to 1 preorder per apple ID which made me feel better. I called the apple store earlier and asked about the lack of confirmation email and was told if I didn't get a confirmation email then the reservation did not go through. Has anyone experienced this before? Will I be able to pick up the reservation or I am out of luck

    it was a new iCloud account and I never had any spam filters put in yet

    Everything went nice and smooth for my reservations, at the most it took 45 mins, so I glad I reserve online because Apple ran out of AT&T phones but had plenty of Verizon and Sprint in stock.
