Reservations System - Will it come back up?

This is my first experience with preorder hype. The reservation system is down for me. Will it come back up? Is it only me or will I get on will there be no available appointments until July? I keep hitting refresh (reminds me of calling into a radio station).
Is that the best solution? Any other work arounds?

are you pre-ordereding or just want a try on apt.

the site has been funky when making an appointment for try ons. For me the site timed out but eventually I got an appointment confirmation email even though it didn't process.
