Apparently you need to provide a valid ID Nr (govt.id). The question is, if they also will accept foreign ID's.
I've never heard of this before. Maybe this is a new measure to prevent reselling. However this is just a test site yet, and they could change their minds about this.

I'm thinking you're reading into this too much, but using a government ID to prevent people from buying multiple Apple Watches when there is a limit set forth by Apple, will help reduce scalping.

Yes, you need either an official ID Card or Passport to pick the watch up in the store.

I think everyone is just getting too anxious too quickly. We shall see. Maybe a driving license or passport will be required.
