Reserve & pick-up broken?

According to https://www.macrumors.com/2017/10/31/iphone-x-reserve-and-pickup/ we should be able to reserve iPhone's for pick-up. However, it looks like that functionality seems to be broken since a few hours (at least in Switzerland). Has this happened in the past? Any other affected countries?

I managed to get one today. I’m in the UK, so might vary but I did reserve it at 6am.
