iPhone 16 Pro reset control center in iOS 18

I was playing around with the new Control Center and accidentally erased the entire third screen. Is there a simple way of resetting the Control Center? I did read that you have to do a Reset in the settings app - just afraid of what else I will have to reset afterwards. Thanks.
