Reset iphone 3G

I have apple iphone 3G.i had tried to reset it by going to settings>>>general>>>reset>>>erase all data and settings.now it is stuck with apple logo on the screen and white circled lines.what rhould h do now

You're going to need to hook it up the computer and restore it again. Create a custom firmware and restore to 4.2.1

The 3G most likely has the iPad baseband on it as well. Should if never hit "reset all settings"
