iPhone 12 Pro Reset Network Settings

In the past didn’t reset network settings erase your wallpaper?
I just did it and it didn’t touch my wallpaper.

Not in my experience. It did exactly what the name suggests, remove network related setting without touching your other data.

That sounds likely- it would wipe all user based settings that can be tweaked via the Settings app.

Just had to do if for my wife's old phone (didn't remember backup password) and it removed wallpaper
