Reset Photo Stream

I tried doing that on icloud.com > Click your name> Advanced> Reset but that didnt seem to work. Nothing has been deleted on my iPhone or on iPhoto

You should turn off photo stream through iPhoto and on your iPhone or iPad also. Then turn it back on and the photo's should be gone.
