Reset SE 1st gen but keep cellular plan data intact?

I have an iPhone SE 1st gen on a pay-as-you-go plan that has LOTS of banked credit. I want to give this phone to my SIL with the cell data intact, so she keeps the credit and phone number, but I want to erase everything else. Will the factory reset do this, or will it erase the cell plan data too? It's currently running 15.7.2

Wiping the phone will have zero impact on your cellular plan. You could even take out the SIM card and put it in a brand new phone and you would still have the same cell plan data.
