I am on a trip and staying at a friends house, i tried connecting to his wifi, but i entered the wrong password by accident. Now i cant seem to find where i can reset the connection so i can reenter the password.

In spotlight, type "keychain access" then hit enter. In the Keychain Access app search for the SSID for his wifi. You can view, delete or modify the password there.

On iOS devices there is no keychain access but you can go to network settings and forget a wifi network to start over.

I found it much easier to go into Network Preferences and select 'join network'. Instead of monkeying around with the advanced settings on my network (eg 'luwifi' is check marked but won't connect because the password had been changed). Selecting the 'join network' option at the bottom allows you to to type in the network name' and to re-enter the password.
