Resetting administrator's password on 2003 G4

Hi i have a 2003 17 inch screen G4 iMac with runs Panther and I dont know the administrator's password 🙁 Can I reset the password without having to reinstall the driver or clear the contents of my computer? Or can I somehow refresh/restore while retaining content?
