I am gonna be giving my MacBook to my Dad. I want to reset it so that it is like new for him but I want to keep MS office 2011 on it. Can that be done? If so, how?

Give your dad the original Office CDs, I'm sure he can reinstall it himself.

I bought it online a couple years ago and can't find the email with the product key. I have the original MacBook CD's. I really don't want to pay $100+ to re-install it.

Do a software update. Create a new account for you Dad. Delete your account (don't forget to move your files.) Bam, like new.
