Resetting MBP before returning?

Hi guys, I need to return my faulty MBP running Ventura so need to factory reset it. Do I need to first switch off my iCloud, iTunes and iMessage, and unpair blue tooth devices before erasing all content and settings? Or on Ventura does this automatically do it when erasing all content and settings?

In Ventura, it does it automatically as part of the process. It won't hurt anything if you want to be sure and do it manually before going through the erase process.
