I'm not sure if this is an iPhone or Mac specific question but since I'm trying to SSH into my iPhone I figured I'd ask here..

A few weeks ago I was having problems SSH'ing into my iPhone, I use Fetch on my Mac - it had always worked well before. I did some searching and came across some steps to unhide a file on my Mac (using terminal), and then search the file for a reference to the iPhones IP address and delete it.

Stupid me, I followed the steps - it worked perfectly, but I didn't save the link with instructions and for the life of me can't figure out how I found it..

Essentially, when I'm trying to connect its telling me it can't establish the connection to that IP.

Does this make sense? Does anyone know the steps I'm referring to?

MAC OSX

Open Finder > Press CMD+SHIFT+G > Type '.ssh' Press ENTER

Delete file called known hosts here.
