iPhone 15 Pro Max Resident Evil Village on iPhone: Mouse Cursor in top-left corner?

I was doing a play test of RE8: Village on my phone just now and after taking a screenshot of the title screen, I noticed there's a sneaky little mouse cursor in the top-left corner of the screen:

Funnily enough, this cursor is normally hidden due to the curvature of the iPhone's screen. I guess this app is a port of the Mac version?

Edit: Just tested on iPad, there's no cursor there. Seems like this only happens in the iPhone version.

Maybe you can try connect a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and see if you can play the game as if you are on a Mac?

Sadly it doesn't work. Capcom's specs page also explicitly states that keyboard and mouse controls aren't supported.
