Hi everyone I was wondering if there was a way to resize the photos that the iPhone 4 takes on the iPhone without emailing? Or do you use an app to do the resizing? If so which do you recommend.

Thanks in advance!

The photo app. Zoom into where you like it, and press the home and power buttons at the same time.

It's now in your camera roll as a different picture.

the above method "works" but isn't resizing - it's cropping.

Photoshop's free app can do this as can many other paid photo apps.

I have the free photoshop app. I does cropping, but not resizing.

OP, I use a free app called Simple Resize. Works great.

What's the purpose of resizing a photo unless you're going to email it?

My favorite photo editor is 'Photogene.'

Besides all the other stuff it does, it also allows you to save a photo at many different smaller resolutions:

Blogging. I want to be able to take a photo with my iphone, resize it, and upload the resized photo to my blog. I also want control over the size I upload the photo before I upload it.

The Wordpress apps are pretty lacking in this regard.
