"Resizing" Safari in Fullscreen?

Is it still possible to resize a WebView in Safari while in fullscreen? You could do this in Lion, I think.

If you mean make safari take up less than the full screen while in full-screen mode - no. But you can't do that in Lion either so maybe I'm not understanding what you want to do.
