Resolution Scaling on non-retina Macs in ML ?

Resolution Scaling on non-retina in ML ?

A simple Yes or no question. Is this menu available on 2011 iMac with Mountain Lion ? Can you do resolution Scaling ?

Then a follow up if no. Are there better alternatives than TinkerTool for this, or is it the best ?

Non-Retina Macs only provide the opportunity to select resolutions by # (e.g. 1900x1200, 2440x1400).
