I am in iTunes on my iPad Air.
I click on the "Purchased" link.
At the top I select "Music" and the "All" (instead of "Not On This iPad".

I am seeing s fraction of my purchases. I have about 2000 songs but only see about 300?

Is this a general problem or should I contact support?

Most likely just a site glitch. I would try again later. I've had this happen a few times, and it is usually ok at a later time (a few hours or so). If not I would contact them for sure.

Thanks for the reply. Its been like for a week or more. Very strange though. Contacted iTunes but they gave me the most useless guy ever. Requested forma supervisor to get back to me

Did you use the exact same Apple ID for all 2,000 song purchases?

Does iTunes on your computer show all of these purchases under this same account?

Hi. Yeah. I only have one Apple ID for all song purchases. I only access iTunes and download directly from my iPad. But I am going to check via my computer on Monday.

Thing is, it was all there until about a month ago. Now, all I see are purchases from about the last month. Very strange. It actually seemed to have happened when they changed the look of the Purchased screen. Before you use to see all your downloaded Artists names on the left. Now you see A - Z and only when you slide your finger on a letter, you will see the artists names.

Hey guys,

I managed to resolve this. It's a bug with iTunes on iPad.
So when you click on iTunes icon, you are taken to the store.
Then click on Purchased.
This is where the problem starts. You are defaulted to Music and All. But you are only seeing recent purchases. Even if you scroll all the way to the bottom, it isn't everything. Select Albums By Artists.

Then, as I said earlier above, they recently changed the look of the Purchased screen. You will see the alphabets on the left. Slide your finger through them and you will see artists names. So I selected one of them and saw my past purchases.

But this is where the bug lies.

After I selected the artist and go back to the top to see Music and All artists. Something like that.
And now everything is there, including ones not on the iPad which was also no pt showing before.

Trying to replicate it now.
