I have an issue with Face Time incoming calls on the Macmini. Face time calls do not show any indication on the macmini (no rings, no banners, no missed calls). Face time works fine on my other apple devices; iMac& ipda. On the macmini, I can only Initiate face time calls and connect in a normal fashion, send and receive iMessages ok however, incoming calls on the macmini do not provide rings nor any other indication. Also, Factime log file does not show missed calls which conform the the macmini does not receive the calls. I have the latest OSX updates (10.9.3). I have checked the Sound and Notification settings and they are ok. The Firewall on the macmini is OFF. I have ran out of things to check. Any help solving this annoying issue is much appreciated.
Update 7/4/2014 - Resolved the issue here is how I did it:
1) I ruled out the Macmini as the source of the problem. I did so by signing in under a different Apple ID and was able to get incoming calls on the new Apple ID.
2) I logged out of all my accounts (iCloud, Face Time and iTunes) on all IOS devices.
3) Re logged on again on all my IOS devices with iCloud, Face Time and iTunes.
4) Problem solved.
This indicates to me that there is a bug on the Apple Server side and not with the macmini.
