I would like to get mountain lion on my 2006 macbook. Is there anyway to "hack it" to allow me to use it. It meets the requirements, but can't run it. I would love to have ml but only have my macbook. Thanks

true, but most of the problems have a solution. And hey why not. In all reality its either upgrade or recycle. At least from apples standpoint.
Knock yourself out. I don't recommend things that I know are going to be problematic or unsuccessful, but if you want to try, go for it.
