Theme makers may have not updated their themes to have the correct file names since 5.0 came out.
I'm running cydia on iOS 5.0.1 on an iPhone 4. Im not sure if that's the info you meant. I was trying to get typofone 4 lockscreen. Did what it said with lockscreen clock hide too but still a no go.
