Restarting Automatically?

Has anyone had their Macbook restart after going idle for half an hour or so? Mine has started doing it recently and I'm not entirely sure why. I leave my Macbook on for a little bit and when I come back, I have the startup screen asking me to enter my password. It's weird. 😕
