Restarting problem

When I restart computer after I write my admin password I see this picture. Then everything starts from beginning.

That seems to be a problem with OS X and your VM software have you got a backup??

If you recently installed different RAM, change back to previous RAM and reboot. If problem is resolved, its the RAM. Im not familiar with the error codes, but i had a kernel panic at first boot and it turned out to be the RAM.
