I have a MacBook Pro 15" latest gen, and whenever I restart or shut down and turn back on I get the screen below (this is not my screen). I have to safeboot then restart to log on. How can I fix this?

This happened to me when I tried to change some apple data 🙂 All I did was go to Startup Disk and select what your startup disk is. 😉
