If I buy a MP online, I would have to pay 15% restocking fee? Does this also apply to refurbs?

Are hexacore MP available in most apple stores? If so, are there restock fees?

Stores usually only carry base/stock models, so I don't think the hex would be there. Also, there's a news story going around that Apple is eliminating restocking fees this week.
