Restore CD replacements from Apple

Hello everyone. I am about to buy a Mini from someone who lost his restore CDs. It is for an Intel Mac Mini. I remember reading that Apple will send you new ones for like $5. Is that true? If so how do I go about doing that. Thanks!

Doubt so, you can try calling Applecare though.

I had the same problem on my PB. I called AC and they charged me $49.00 for 3 restore disk. So yes you can get them but at higher price then $5.00 bucks
