Restore firefox bookmarks??

Hi All

What do i need to restore from time machine to restore my firefox bookmarks?

For Safari they are in home Folder>Library>Caches>Metadata

They can't be far from there. I notice that firefox has a folder off of Caches with a subfolder called Profile. That is your likely candidate, although I am not 100% sure.
