What is a more complete restore? Or are they equally as good at getting rid of problems/bugs whatever??

Also when restoring from backup is music and videos not supossed to be added....or do you have to manually install music videos yourself after the restore?

thanks

For a complete restore, that will help eliminate any past problems you should set up as a new phone. And when you set it up, you can choose if you want to "sync" or "manually manage music & videos". It works either way.
