I jailbroke my iPhone 4 again (This time, iOS 4.3.1. Review of current Windows jailbreak soon to be posted). I synced right before I started the restore process. It did say "Backing up iPhone" so I know it backed up. After the jailbreak was finished, I restored the backup data. All my data was there, except most of the apps. I say most because my 3 most recent purchased apps were synced over, while the rest of my 200-app library was left untouched!!

1. Does this mean I lost my app data?
2. Should I manually (and painstakingly) select every single app for sync?
3. Should I re-restore to a previous backup?
4. If #2 and #3 fails, what should I do?

Thanks,

Well, I have to ask this, did you pay for all those 200 apps that are not been synced into your phone?

If you did, you might as well try to add them and see how it goes...

And if it doesn't work, what I would do, if just wait till the official JB is made public...

Yes, I actually legitimately pay for my apps.
