I really need to restore my iphone back to factory settings, is there anyway to keep just my health app data?

I know you can export the data and manipulate it on a computer so you have a copy on the computer for your reference:
Health > Health Data tab > All .. At the top right hit the export box (box with arrow pointing out of it).
But I do not know of any way to get it back onto the phone alone after a fresh restore. The only way I see is to restore all your data from a backup.
